Rapid Response Plumbing and Gas is friendly, helpful and know what they are talking about. They were called upon due to a noticeable gas smell when running the hot water and fluctuating water temp, leaky taps, low pressure from shower heads and back flow from drain pipe in the kitchen sink. This bloke is actually pretty good, came out and fixed me up quickly after a bad copper pipe leak under the kitchen sink, upgraded the tap set to a mixer. We recently contacted Dario from Rapid Response Plumbing & Gas regarding an issue with our instantaneous hot water system that had suddenly stopped working. Dario returned our missed call promptly and arranged to come out the very next morning at 7:00 am — exactly when he said he would. From start to finish, Dario was professional, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. He clearly explained the problem and carried out the repairs efficiently, with outstanding workmanship. True to his word, we had hot water restored that same day. He also took the initiative to address a few other plumbing issues while on site and left everything neat and tidy. We were extremely impressed with the quality of his work and have already booked him for further plumbing jobs. We highly recommend Dario to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled plumber. Our gas regulator was leaking so we needed a very speedy fix! We live out of the metro area, which often is an issue getting help without extra costs involved. Regardless of this, Dario from Rapid Response came out the next day, fixed the problem and got our gas back on safety. Not only did he complete the job fast but when he ran into issues with parts he sourced the extra components he needed straight away, finished the job same day and did not charge any more than he quoted.
